Shipping & Handling - U.S. orders generally take 24-48 hours to be processed. All U.S. orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground, Air Express or USPS Priority or Express mail.
**All Continental U.S. orders now ship for free via 3-5 Day Ground Shipping. There is a $25.00 minimum order amount necessary to process orders.**
**All Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders ship for a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $25.00 via 2-5 Day USPS Priority Air Shipping. There is a $25.00 minimum order amount necessary to process orders.**
All Continental U.S. Overnight, 2nd Day or 3rd Day Guaranteed shipping (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) - If you need to have orders shipped guaranteed Overnight or guaranteed 2nd Day or 3rd Day delivery, please be sure to select the Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air option for your order prior to your final checkout.
All Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Overnight Guaranteed shipping - If you need to have orders shipped guaranteed Overnight for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please be sure to select the Next Day Air option for your order prior to your final checkout.
All Overnight, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipments with in stock items will ship the same day if received before 4pm EST.
International Credit Cards and International Shipping - We accept the American Express card for International Orders, if a U.S. Bank issued credit card is not available. All International orders must ship to the credit card holders billing address in the name of the credit card holder. There are absolutely no exceptions. All International orders will require additional shipping charges that can only be calculated once International orders have been received and approved for processing. Additional shipping charges will be based on weight and final destination, and International orders will only be shipped once additional shipping charges have been approved and accepted by the credit card holder in writing via e-mail. **Not all product lines are available for International Shipping. Please check each Boutique home page for details.**
Sales Tax Sorry to all NY residents, but the law requires you to pay sales tax on all merchandise (NY 8.875%). All those residing elsewhere pay no tax.
Return/Exchange policy - All purchases made at http://www.amirahg.com / are final.
Re-Shipment Policy - Any order returned and re-shipped due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or customer not available for delivery, will have a minimum $20.00 re-shipment fee applied to original order amount, which must be paid prior to order re-shipment. There can no longer be any exceptions. If returned order is canceled upon return, a $10.00 return shipment fee and re-stocking fee will be subtracted from credit amount and will be credited within 30 days of receipt of return.
Cancellations and Returns - As of August 15, 2009 our system has been automated to finalize sales once they are confirmed by the customer and cannot be changed or canceled once confirmed, as all orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
